Vallourec Tubes, a Fortune 500 company.

production bases and R&D centers in multiple countries worldwide,
employing over 500 researchers.

Vallourec
(China) Co., Ltd., established in 2005, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of
the French Vallourec Group in China, headquartered in Changzhou,
Jiangsu Province. Its business in the Chinese market includes the
production and sales of seamless steel pipes, and it has participated in
numerous major domestic projects.
